Because the health and well-being of our patients is our primary
concern, we know that your visit can be the best medicine. However, too
many visitors can unintentionally tire those in our care. For this
reason, we ask that visitors be limited to two at a time and that the
following times be observed:
- Most nursing units: 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Critical Care: ICU, CCU, and NICU visitors are
limited to immediate family. Visits are limited to 30 minutes at 5:30
a.m., 9:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 8:30 p.m. Children

- Pediatrics: Parents are welcome anytime.
Healthy siblings and all other visitors may visit from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00
p.m.
- Birth Center: Family and
friends may visit from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Siblings of the baby may
visit if they are accompanied by a responsible adult. They must be
healthy and not exposed to communicable diseases. Please note that
Pediatrics and the Birth Center have restricted entrances.
- Adult Psychiatric Services: Daily: 6:00 p.m. -
7:00 p.m.
- Geriactric Psychiatric Services: Daily: 6:00
p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Child/Adolescent Psychiatric Services: Daily:
6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask a nurse or
other hospital employee.
Protect Our Patients
Children under 12 years of age must be supervised by an adult
at all times. They also must be healthy and have current immunizations
for contagious diseases.
Please do not visit if
:
- You don't feel well.
- You have a fever or the flu.
- You have a cold or a sore throat.
- You have recently been exposed to and have never had chicken
pox, measles or mumps.
Memorial is a latex-safe
hospital. To further ensure the health and well-being of our patients,
latex products may not be brought into the hospital.
