Free Seminar: An Ounce of Prevention

Vaccinations. Mammograms. Prostate cancer screenings. Colonoscopies. You know what they say, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Through simple preventative care such as vaccinations and screenings, serious illnesses can often be avoided, or detected early enough to make their impact minimal. Join Dr. Craig Greenman, an internal medicine physician with Memorial Medical Group, for An Ounce of Prevention…, a free seminar designed to give you the facts needed to make informed decisions about your preventative care.

Dr. Greenman received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center (LSUHSC) in Shreveport. His post-graduate training includes an internship/residency in internal medicine – pediatrics at LSUHSC in Shreveport, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year. He specializes in treating diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidemia.

An Ounce of Prevention is a free seminar that will be held on Friday, November 4 at 12 noon in the Shearman Conference Center at Memorial Hospital on Oak Park Boulevard. A light lunch will be served, and reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance.
