Lake Charles Memorial Sports
Medicine will provide sports physicals for high school athletes involved in both
spring and fall sports on Saturday, May 18, at the Memorial/LSUHSC Family
Medicine Center. The
cost is $5 per student, and coaches are urged to call to set up an appointment
time for their teams to come in that day. Appointment times will be available
from approximately 8am – 2pm. The deadline to schedule your team is Wednesday,
May 15.
