Memorial Hospital Same Day Surgery Wins Silver Excellence in Design Award
Lake Charles Memorial Hospital’s newly-renovated Same Day Surgery unit was recently acknowledged by the American Society of Interior Designers South Central Chapter with their Silver 2010 Excellence in Design Award.
The Same Day Surgery unit underwent massive repairs and now features a comfortable and stylish waiting area with flat screen televisions, as well as updated patient rooms with new furnishings and a re-designed nurse’s station.
