Don't Forget the Fruit

The USDA recommends two cups of fruit each day. Here are some ideas to add more fruit to your diet:  Keep frozen blueberries on hand to thaw and add to pancakes. Add sliced apples to salads. Mix raisins with yogurt. Top your cereal with a sliced banana.
