Varying Your Workout

Instead of spending all of your workout time on just one machine at the gym or health club, rotate among different machines for a more complete workout. If you have a half-hour to exercise, for instance, spend 10 minutes on the treadmill, another 10 on the stair climber and the final 10 on the stationary bicycle.
