Cancer Support


A three-day camping trip for adult cancer patients, Camp Bluebird provides patients with emotional and educational support outlets, as well as creative and relaxing opportunities, in a beautifully wooded camp.  The camp staff members are part of the Cancer Center team, and include physicians, nurses, a social worker, a dietician, an exercise instructor, pastoral care associates and volunteers.  Any adult who is 18 years or older and who has been diagnosed with cancer is invited to attend.

This group is open to those diagnosed, undergoing treatment or who have completed treatment.

A breast cancer support group for African-American women, but open to any woman regardless of race.
