Larry Graham joined Lake Charles Memorial Hospital as Chief Executive Officer on December 1, 2006, with nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare administration, most recently with Methodist Hospital in New Orleans.
Prior to his serving as chief executive officer of Methodist, Mr. Graham was CEO of Chalmette Medical Center in St. Bernard. Owned by Universal Health Services, both hospitals sustained major damage as a result of Hurricane Katrina and remain closed indefinitely.
During his 10-year tenure with Universal Health Services, Mr. Graham oversaw the financial turnaround of both hospitals while improving healthcare services. As a result, Methodist Hospital and Chalmette Medical Center experienced significant market share increases under his administration.
Before transferring to Louisiana, Mr. Graham spent 15 years in administration at several Texas hospitals, including Round Rock Hospital and Terrell Community Hospital.
In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Mr. Graham holds a master's degree in Health Care Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and a master's degree in Business Administration from Boston University in Massachusetts. He is currently a member of the American College Executives.
Mr. Graham and his wife, Patty, live in Lake Charles with their younger daughter. Their older daughter is a law student and their son has been accepted to medical school.
Tim Coffey joined Lake Charles Memorial Hospital as Senior Vice President of Operations in November 2006.
A native of St. Paul, Minnesota, Mr. Coffey is a graduate of the University of Kentucky in Lexington with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, and the University of Louisville with a Master of Science in Community Development/Health Planning, Mr. Coffey has 30 years of experience in all aspects of healthcare facility operations, physician recruitment, strategic planning and business development.
Prior to joining Memorial, Mr. Coffey served as Interim Chief Executive Officer at Doctor's Hospital in Opelousas, Louisiana, and as assistant administrator, business development officer and subsequently chief operating officer at Chalmette Medical Center in Chalmette, Louisiana. He also served as assistant administrator at Northwest Texas Healthcare System, in Amarillo, Texas; administrator and general manager at Integrated Infusion Services in Mandeville, Louisiana; and administrator at Riverview Medical Center Home Health Medical Services, a division of Columbia Healthcare, in Gonzales, Louisiana.
Currently a Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE) Diplomat, Mr. Coffey is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). He and his wife, Nancy, live in Lake Charles.

He has also served on the board of the Louisiana Business and Industrial Alliance; as Chairman of the Southwest Louisiana Hospital Association, and on the Louisiana Regents Advisory Committee of the American College of Health Care Executives
Prior to joining Memorial Hospital, Mr. Usher served as vice president – general and administrative services and assistant administrator of Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Lafayette, Louisiana. Mr. Usher and his wife, Marcia, live in Lake Charles. Their daughter attends Louisiana State University.
A native of Lake Jackson, Texas, Charles Whitson joined Lake Charles Memorial Hospital as Business Office Director in February 2002. Subsequently he became Assistant Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Finance prior to assuming the role of Senior Vice President of Finance in November 2007.
A graduate of Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Mr. Whitson is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed nursing home administrator. He previously served as a Medicare consultant for Broussard & Company, LLC in Lake Charles; administrator of Charter Behavioral Health Systems of Lake Charles and Charter Woods Behavioral Health Systems in Dothan, Alabama; and assistant administrator, chief financial officer, and administrator of Meadow Pines Hospital in Longview, Texas.
Mr. Whitson is currently a member of the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants and Healthcare Finance Managers Association. He serves on the Health Care Task Force of Louisiana Association of Business and Industry, as well as the Louisiana Hospital Association Finance Committee. He lives in Lake Charles with his wife Sheila and their two sons.
Prior to joining Memorial Hospital in January 2007, Todd Delahoussaye served as the Administrator of the McAllen Heart Hospital and the McAllen Cardiology Medical Group in McAllen, Texas.
Mr. Delahoussaye is originally from Port Arthur, Texas and has lived and worked in Baton Rouge and New Orleans. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and a Masters in Business Administration, Mr. Delahoussaye has held various positions in hospital and medical group administration, including as Chief Financial Officer of a Physician Group/Surgery Center subsidiary of a national hospital chain; Associate Administrator and Chief Financial Officer of a specialty hospital; Chief Operating Officer of a large oncology services company; and as Regional Practice Management consultant for a national hospital company.
Mr. Delahoussaye is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Medical Group Management Association.
