Our goal is to enhance and promote our patients' health and quality of life by working with the patient to achieve their highest level of ability. We understand that remaining in the home while receiving quality healthcare can be a positive component for recovery in many cases.
Our service area covers a 50 mile radius from Lake Charles Memorial Hospital, and includes Calcasieu, Cameron, Jefferson Davis, Allen and Beauregard parishes. We accept the following payers: Medicare, commercial/private insurance and private or self-pay. We are fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), and we're fully licensed by the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals and we are a certified Medicare provider.
