The Cancer Center offers a full range of radiation treatment options for a variety of cancers including:

• Prostate seed implantation using Ultrasound guidance for Prostate cancer

The Radiation Oncology Department is staffed by a radiation physicist, radiation nurses certified in Oncology Nursing, and a team of radiation therapy specialists who are registered and licensed by the American Registry of Radiological Technology in the state of Louisiana. The department is under the medical direction of a Board-certified Radiation Oncologist.

The Radiation Oncology Department is located on the north side of the main hospital building on Oak Park Boulevard, with a convenient, private entrance and lobby area. We are open Monday- Friday 8:00-4:30 with emergency service available on nights and weekends.
