Please fill out the form below to e-mail a loved one or friend who is a patient at LCMH. Consider this electronic e-mail greeting similar to a postcard. Your message should not be considered confidential. Patients are not able to reply to your e-mail greeting.
E-mails are printed out and hand-delivered to patients throughout the day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. E-mails received after 4:00 p.m. will be delivered the next day and e-mail received over the weekend will be delivered on Monday. There may be delays in delivery during holidays. LCMH does not deliver e-mails after a patient is discharged.

The "E-mail a Patient" service is designed to provide friends and family members convenient access to patients at LCMH by utilizing e-mail to send messages.
The "E-mail a Patient" service should not be used for confidential communications, including medical, diagnosis or personal information. All messages are read and printed by LCMH's staff. Inappropriate messages, including business solicitations, will be discarded at the discretion of the staff.
LCMH does not assume responsibility for the delivery of e-mails, and assumes no liability for the e-mails or information contained within the e-mails sent to patients or for delays that may occur in delivering e-mails.
LCMH's staff will make every effort to deliver the e-mail messages promptly, but LCMH cannot guarantee delivery. Undeliverable messages will be discarded.
Please note that the "E-mail a Patient" service is set up only to receive messages and patients cannot send outgoing replies.
