  1. What are the Hematology/Oncology Clinic’s office hours?
    The Hematology/Oncology Clinic’s office hours are Monday through Wednesday, 8am to 5pm and Friday, 8 am to 12 pm. To reach the appointment desk or an after-hours operator, call 337-494-6888.
  2. How can I see Dr. Gaharan?
    A physician referral is required to see Dr. Gaharan, and patients are seen by appointment only. Please arrive on time for your appointment and we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel an appointment. To reach the appointment desk, call 337-494-6888.
  3. How can I have a prescription refilled?
    Please request a prescription refill by notifying our office at least three business days before you need your medication if it is filled locally. If you require a prescription for mail-in purposes, please contact us at least two weeks in advance of your needs.
  4. Where do I park?
    Free parking is available in the lot located on Third Avenue immediately behind Memorial Hospital. Or if you wish, you may take advantage of the free valet parking offered at Memorial Hospital's main entrance.

    Our office is conveniently located on the second floor of the Medical Office Building located behind Memorial Hospital on Third Avenue
