Oncology Associates’ office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm, and Friday, 8am to noon. We close for lunch, from 12 noon to 1pm. One of our oncologists is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and on holidays. To reach the appointment desk or an after-hours operator, call 337-494-6768. - How can I see an Oncology Associates’ physician?
Patients are seen by appointment only. A physician referral is not necessary to see a physician unless it is required by your insurance company. Outpatient diagnostic testing does require physician referral. Please arrive on time for your appointment and we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel an appointment. Please request a prescription refill by notifying our office at least three business days before you need your medication if it is filled locally. If you require a prescription for mail-in purposes, please contact us at least two weeks in advance of your needs. - Where do I park?
Free parking is available in the lot located on Third Avenue immediately behind Memorial Hospital. Or if you wish, you may take advantage of the free valet parking offered at Memorial Hospital's main entrance - Where is the office located?
Our office is conveniently located on the third floor of the Medical Office Building adjacent to Memorial Hospital on Third Avenue.
