Surgical Associates are accepting new patients, and accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare.
A referral is not necessary to see a surgeon, unless it is required by your insurance; however, patients are seen by appointment only. Please request a prescription refill by notifying our office at least three business days before you need your medication if you have it filled locally. If you require a prescription for mail-in purposes, please contact us at least two weeks in advance of your needs. - Where do I park?
Free parking is available in the lot located on Third Avenue immediately behind Memorial Hospital. Or if you wish, you may take advantage of the free valet parking offered at Memorial Hospital's main entrance. - Where is the office located?
Our office is conveniently located on the first floor of the Medical Office Building adjacent to the back of Memorial Hospital.
