Four words that make a big difference on Memorial’s patient satisfaction. Department's or unit's achieving improvement scores on select patient satisfaction questions have the opportunity to display the prestigious Spirit Cup trophy in their department each quarter. “Our patients expect prompt, friendly, and courteous care on a consistent basis,” says Missy Vanicor, Service Excellence Coordinator. “The goal of the new Spirit Cup Award program is to encourage hospital departments to work closely as a team to make every patient experience a positive one; by extending courtesy, compassion, concern, overall friendliness and communication at all times.” For more information about the Spirit Cup Award Program, contact Missy Vanicor at 494-3012.
