people with diabetes the education and support they need to get healthy
and avoid the serious complications that can be associated with the disease.
Successful management of diabetes takes a team effort, involving the patient,
their family, their physician and the specially trained staff at the Diabetes
The Center offers:
- Comprehensive diabetes education
- Nutritional counseling
- Blood sugar screening
- Lifestyle management
Our staff includes Certified Diabetes Educators and a Registered Dietitian.
Services are available on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
