Dr. Cohen specializes in joint resurfacing, joint replacement and arthroscopic
surgery of the knees, and is a founding member of Orthopaedic Specialists
at Memorial Hospital. His initial education was in chemical engineering
followed by a Masters in medical engineering from world-renowned Imperial
College, University of London, England. He is a graduate of the University
of Western Ontario Medical School, and completed his internship at St.
Paul’s Hospital at the University of British Columbia, followed
by his residency at University Hospital and Victoria Hospital at the University
of Western Ontario in London, Canada.
Dr. Duarte is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon with total joint
and revision specialization. He received his medical degree from Florida
State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, and he completed
his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at LSU Health Sciences Center in
New Orleans. Dr. Duarte completed his fellowship in Adult Reconstruction
and Arthritis Surgery at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute in Tampa, and
has been a member of Memorial Medical Group since 2013.
The Best Knee Forward will be held Friday, February 26 at 12 noonin the Shearman Conference
Center at Memorial Hospital on Oak Park Boulevard. A light lunch will
