Most allergies are written into your DNA, but others can be developed over time. Seafood, nuts, dairy and cereal grains can be common culprits that have many reaching for their EpiPens. While only 10 percent of food allergies are immediately life-threatening, they can be the underlying cause for a variety of other conditions including asthma, migraines, skin rashes, abdominal pains, sleep disorders and even behavioral disorders.
