Free Seminar: ADHD Across the Lifespan

Chances are you know all about the demons of distraction: technology overload, interruptions, multitasking, noisy settings, stress, fatigue, illness, and an unruly mind. But if distractions, inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity are preventing you or someone you know from working effectively or hindering personal relationships, chances are you need to know more about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

JoinEarl J. Soileau, MD, a family medicine physician board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and on the Memorial Medical Group staff, to learn more about diagnosing, treating and living with ADHD.

Dr. Soileau is a graduate of Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his internship and residency in family medicine at W.O. Moss Regional Hospital in Lake Charles, and completed a fellowship in adolescent medicine at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham. A nationally recognized ADHD specialist, Dr. Soileau has contributed to many scholarly texts on the topic, including chapters in The Textbook of Adolescent Medicine, State of the Art Reviews on ADHD, Adolescent Medicine State of the Art Reviews and The Neinstein Handbook of Adolescent Medicine. He currently sees patients and teaches residents at Memorial/LSUHSC Family Medicine Center.

ADHD Across the Lifespan is a free seminar being held at 12 noon on Thursday, March 31, in the Shearman Conference Center at Memorial Hospital on Oak Park Boulevard. Light lunch will be provided, and reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance.
