Memorial Welcomes New Community Outreach Specialist

Lake Charles Memorial Health System welcomes Sally Brockman as the new Community Outreach Specialist in the marketing department.

Brockman coordinates monthly seminars for the public, represents the hospital at community health fairs and outreach events, develops hospital events, works with local elementary schools through the Young at Art Program, and coordinates community sponsorship events and collaterals for outreach efforts, as well as the employee newsletter. She is a native of Lake Charles and graduated from St. Louis Catholic High School. Brockman went on to receive a degree in mass communications with a focus in public relations from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Prior to joining Memorial, she was the Marketing and Development Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Louisiana.
