Memorial Doctors Named Top Performers in the State

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana recognized 20 of Memorial Medical Group primary care physicians as being top performers in the State of Louisiana at their annual provider collaborative in November, 2018. There are nearly 800 Louisiana physicians who participate in the Quality Blue Primary Care program. The program focuses on managing the care of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana’s members with hypertension, diabetes, ischemic vascular disease and chronic kidney disease.

Family Medicine Specialist Gerald Mouton, MD was recognized as one of only three physicians in the state who are top performers in all four disease suites.
