ONLINE ONLY Seminar: Chemo in the Time of Coronavirus

Cancer at any time is scary. In the midst of a global pandemic, it’s even scarier. What extra precautions need to be taken and how do we keep ourselves or our loved ones going through chemotherapy safe in this time?

In this month’s ONLINE ONLY seminar by Lacey Vasilakis-Stickell, AOCNP, Chemo in the Time of Coronavirus, on Friday, June 26, Lacey will discuss keeping safe as an immune-compromised person during the pandemic.

Lacey is an oncology certified nurse practitioner currently seeing patients at Moss Memorial. She is a lifelong resident of Lake Charles, La and has spent the last decade treating oncology patients. Lacey earned her undergraduate and master’s degree from McNeese State University. She then went on to complete a post-masters program in oncology.
