1952 Legacy Circle
A society that recognizes individuals who have made gifts to the Foundation at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital through wills and bequests, naming the Foundation as a beneficiary of their life insurance or retirement assets.
Oak Park Society
Donors with cumulative giving of $25,000 and above.
- Founder’s Club: $1,000,000 to $2,499,999
- Chairman’s Club: $500,000 to $999,999
- Trustees Club: $250,000 to $499,999
- Pillar Club: $100,000 to $249,999
- Catalyst Club: $50,000 to $99,999
- Ambassador’s Club: $25,000 to $49,999
Oak Park Society and 1952 Legacy Circle Donors are recognized as lifetime Friends of the Foundation and Annual Giving donors are recognized as Friends of the Foundation during a calendar year.
Annual Giving Levels
Donors who contribute gifts up to $24,999 within a calendar year.
- Leader: $17,500-$24,999
- Benefactor: $10,000-$17,499
- Builder: $5,000-$9,999***
- Sustainer: $2,500-$4,999
- Patron: $1,000-$2,499**
- Supporter: $500-$999*
- Friend: $0 to $499
