Matching Gifts

A matching gift to LCMH allows your gift to our hospital to double (and sometimes triple) in value. Many businesses and corporations have a Matching Gift Program to encourage philanthropic giving by their employees. A Matching Gift Program Form may be obtained from your employer’s Personnel/Human Resources Department.

Many Matching Gift Programs have specific restrictions regarding the award of a matching gift, so please read the form carefully and feel free to contact your HR Department and/or The Foundation Office at 337.494.3226 for additional information or clarification.
