Smoking Cessation

Lake Charles Memorial would like to remind all hospital staff, patients and visitors that the entire Memorial Health System is Tobacco Free. Tobacco use of any kind will NOT be permitted on any property owned or managed by the System, or any of its affiliates, by hospital staff, patients or visitors. This includes all tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, pipes and other tobacco products such as chewing tobacco and snuff). E-cigarettes (vaping etc.) are also included.

This includes use of tobacco inside vehicles parked on Memorial Health System properties. Employees and visitors are also asked to refrain from going to neighboring properties and business to use tobacco. Please see below for smoking/tobacco cessation resources.
