About This Location
Lake Charles Memorial Hospital MOB I, or Medical Office Building 1, is the southern half of the main campus hospital on Oak Park Boulevard. MOB I can be accessed through the parking garage on the hospital's west side or through the main entrance on the south side. The main entrance of MOB I also houses valet parking pick up and drop off. The parking garage and valet parking are on Oak Park Blvd.
The second and third floors of MOB I can be accessed by using the elevators directly in front of Cafe Bon Vie, or by using the elevators near the gift shop. To access the patient tower floors, use the elevator directly in front of the gift shop.
MOB I is the location for Cafe’ Bon Vie, Admissions/Pre-Op, the Atrium, the Shearman Conference Room, the Gift Shop, the Chapel, and Medical Records.
The Heart and Vascular Center, Inpatient Rehab, Independence Walk, the David Usher Reading Room, Dialysis and Cardiac Rehab are on the second floor of MOB I.
The third floor of MOB I is home to Memorial Orthopedics, the Cardiac Cath Lab, the Surgical ICU, and the Surgery and ICU Waiting Rooms.
