About This Location
Diabetes Education is a service available to Memorial patients who have diabetes. The mission of Diabetes Education is to empower patients through self-management. This is done through education and support for diabetes patients to increase their health and avoid the serious complications associated with diabetes.
At Memorial Diabetes Education, there is a diabetes educator, nurse educator, and registered dietitian who works closely with your doctor to provide you with a tailored meal plan and exercise program. Our team also provides additional resources for families to help them support you as you learn how to manage a life with diabetes.
The Diabetes Education office is located at 2615 Enterprise Boulevard, Suite B. The office is on the corner of Enterprise Boulevard and 18th Street and is easily accessible by taking the Enterprise Boulevard Exit on both I-210 and I-10. Parking for the Diabetes Education office is located directly in front of the building.
The office is only five blocks west of the Lake Charles Memorial Hospital on Oak Park Boulevard.
