For over 40 years, the Volunteer Auxiliary at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital has provided selfless service and aid to our employees and patients alike.
As a not-for-profit hospital, Memorial relies on our volunteers to make our campuses brighter, friendlier and more comforting with their helping hands, caring words and thoughtful services.
Our volunteers provide many services around the hospital including running the Gift Shop, manning the front desk, keeping the waiting rooms stocked with magazines, and even preparing beautiful flower arrangements for our patients and visitors.
The reward is self-fulfillment, contact with wonderful people, personal growth, and the satisfaction of giving your time and talent freely for the good of others.
The Volunteer Auxiliary is open to anyone age 18 and over, of all backgrounds and abilities.
If the idea of service to others appeals to you, you may want to apply for membership in the Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. For more information, contact Volunteer Services at 337-494-3213.
