Whether you have been living with diabetes, are newly diagnosed, or are supporting someone you love with diabetes, you should not underestimate the importance of education and support when living with diabetes. The team at Memorial Diabetes Education is dedicated to empowering those living with diabetes to live a life of self-management. Through education and support, our team is helping diabetic patients live healthy and fulfilling lives while avoiding the serious complications associated with diabetes. 

The Diabetes Support Group is available to anyone who has diabetes or supports a loved one with diabetes. You do not have to be a patient of a Memorial Health System provider to take part in the support group. 

There is no cost associated with attending the support group. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at the Memorial Diabetes Education office located at 2615 Enterprise Blvd, Suite B, in Lake Charles from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM.
