May Childbirth Class

The Prepared Childbirth Class is a hands-on approach to dealing with labor, delivery, and recovery. Students will learn comfort, relaxation, positioning, breathing, and massage techniques to use during labor and delivery. Birth preparation is discussed for a natural vaginal delivery, birth with an epidural, and cesarean birth. Expectant parents are encouraged to take this class during the last 3 months of pregnancy. All classes are to sign up online at lcmh.com and pay the day of class (exact cash or check only). Class cost are $20 per couple.
