One Day Prepared Childbirth Class is designed to answer your questions about the normal process of labor and delivery, relaxation and breathing techniques for a vaginal delivery, birth with epidural or cesarean delivery. Expectant parents are encouraged to schedule this class during the last 3 months of pregnancy. Bring a bed pillow to class.
