OB/GYN Rafine’ Moreno-Jackson, MD, Joins Memorial

Memorial Medical Group welcomes Rafine’ Moreno-Jackson, MD, a board-certified obstetrics and gynecology physician to its staff. She joins fellow OB/GYN’s Gisele McKinney, MD, Joseph Semien Jr., MD, and Norman Stewart, MD.

Dr. Moreno-Jackson is originally from the Caribbean island of Puerto Rico. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology and Anthropology from the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras, where she developed a special interest in honey bees. Furthering her education she received her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences campus in San Juan; graduating magna cum laude. She then moved to New York to complete her OB/GYN Residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn.

Dr. Moreno-Jackson spent much of her youth traveling the world doing volunteer work. She has visited 48 countries to date and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Her professional interests include prenatal care, general gynecology and gynecologic surgery, and has a keen desire to serve patients of Hispanic descent.
