The song we all sang and loved as children also points out a few of the most common areas of aches and pains we endure as adults. From overuse and injury to arthritis and swelling, these discomforts can really ruin our day and our overall quality of life.

To learn more about the common causes of pain in these areas as well as their treatments and prevention, join Dr. Alex Anderson, a family medicine resident with Memorial/LSUHSC Family Medicine Residency, for Hands, Shoulders, Knees and Toes, a free seminar that will be held on Friday, February 24 at 12 noon in the Shearman Conference Room at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital on Oak Park Boulevard.
