New Year, New You: Exercise at Every Age

About This Event

It’s January and for many that means a fresh start and re-focusing on healthy habits in the New Year. Those habits often start with changes to diet and exercise, and sometimes solely focus on weight loss! But exercise is much more than just a way to lose weight.

On top of weight loss, regular exercise is shown to improve heart health, blood pressure, cholesterol, sleep, and reduce stress levels. But just as our bodies change as we age, so does our approach to exercise. What does exercise look like at 25? At 45? At 75? To learn more about healthy living and the importance of exercise at all stages of life, join Charles Vidrine, MD, for his lecture on exercise.
