Dr. Mouton is a southwest Louisiana native, having grown up in South Cameron, and holds a bachelor’s degree in science from McNeese State University. He began his medical training with a medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical Center. He continued his postgraduate training with an internship and residency at W.O. Moss Regional Hospital, now known as Moss Memorial Health Clinic, in Lake Charles.
Dr. Mouton is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Calcasieu Parish Medical Society, the Southern Medical Association and the Louisiana Medical Society.
