Meet Michael Broussard, MD
Dr. Michael Broussard is a fellowship-trained oncologist with Memorial Oncology & Hematology.
Dr. Broussard received his bachelor degree from McNeese State University and his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He went on to complete his residency and a fellowship in hematology/oncology with Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center.
He specializes in the treatment of cancer patients at Memorial’s Cancer Center. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, and American Society of Medicine.
Recognizing that every patient has unique needs, Dr. Broussard provides individualized diagnostic and treatment plans – whether on an inpatient or outpatient basis – in a comfortable, compassionate and patient-oriented atmosphere. His cancer care and treatment options are comparable to nationally recognized cancer centers.
