Garrett Stine is the Director of Safety & Training for his family’s business, Stine LLC., Louisiana’s largest family-owned home improvement retailer. He is a proud third-generation leader within the company, with over 25 years of service. In his current role, Stine is a member of the executive team and is responsible for safety, training, and security initiatives. Stine previously served in various management roles for company locations across the state. He brings a customer-focused commitment to operational excellence and is credited for establishing the company’s Total Safety & Training Program, driving standards for total quality management and cross-enterprise strategies.
Stine has a Bachelor of Art in Mass Communications from McNeese State University and attended the University of Louisiana of Lafayette to pursue his MBA. Recently serving on the Louisiana Association of Business & Industry (LABI) Emerging Leaders Council, Stine strives to improve not only in business but also in continuing to develop his community through service opportunities. Stine believes in the importance of filling the gaps associated with community needs, through continued conversation and collaboration. He and his wife Chavanne have two children (Brody & Jeanne-Marie). And, together he and his wife created a local non-profit organization called Holden’s Hope. The mission assists infant loss and NICU families as well as honors the memory of their third child (Holden). He enjoys outdoor adventures and hiking with his family - even if he’s the last one to reach the top of the mountain.

Jackie Roe, Vice Chair

Jackie enjoyed a successful 40-year career in the banking industry under First National Bank, Allied Addicks Bank, National Bank of Commerce and Hancock Whitney Bank. She attended Northwestern State University, McNeese State University, and the Graduate School of Banking of the South.
She strongly believes in giving back to the community as shown by her numerous leadership roles with nonprofit organizations. Jackie currently serves on the Trinity Baptist Church as Chairman of Finance Committee and Existing Trustee, Board Member of Episcopal Day School, Board Member of the HOA for The Tides of Destin, and Board Member and Past Chairman of The Foundation of Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.

William Brent, III

William has 20 years’ experience in Finance as CFO for Community Health Centers in the state of Louisiana. He became CEO of SWLA Center for Health Services in February 2021 and is a member of many professional organizations including Region VI Representative for the National Association of Community Health Centers, Louisiana Primary Care Association Executive Committee Member and Finance Chair, and Treasurer of the Louisiana Rural Health Association. He enjoys golfing, fishing, and traveling the world with his wife Janet and daughters, Canita and Madison.

Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Radiology in 1996 from McNeese State University. He was a CT/IR tech from 1996-2002 when he then became the Assistant Director of Radiology at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. He has been the Administrative Director of Radiology since 2006. Scott has been married to his wife Wendy since 1996 and they have two boys, Matthew and Andrew. Their family is very involved in their church parish - providing marriage prep classes for their church. His favorite hobby is golf.

Megan Hartman is the Public Relations Director for the Phillips 66 Lake Charles Manufacturing Complex. She has spent her career in public affairs and media relations for the tourism and energy industries. Megan has been named ’20 Young Leaders to Watch’ by 10/12 Industry Report as well as a ‘13 Thriving 30 Something’ by Thrive Magazine.
After her father’s battle with Alzheimer’s Disease, Megan’s personal mission is to make each moment count. She advocates for Alzheimer’s research, chairs the Southwest Louisiana Public Relations Officers, and serves as Secretary for the Family & Youth Board of Directors. She and her husband Matt, along with their two children, Banks and Lakelyn, enjoy traveling, boating and making memories.

Will was born in Sulphur and grew up in Lake Charles. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from McNeese State University. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys Village Foundation and a member of the Board of Trustees for Bishop Noland Episcopal Day School.
Will is married to Stephanie Shaddock Henning and have two sons (William and Christopher). He enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis and duck hunting.

Heather Hohensee

Director of Government & Public Affairs
Tellurian, Inc

Heather Hohensee serves as the Director of Government and Public Affairs for Tellurian Inc., a Houston based company in Southwest Louisiana where the company’s proposed multi-billion-dollar Driftwood LNG project is to be located. Heather manages relationships on the state, local, and industry levels. In addition, she is responsible for Tellurian’s local corporate social responsibility strategy and philanthropic portfolio.
Prior to joining Tellurian in 2017, Heather served for two years as the Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Louisiana. Before that, she was a Brand Manager with Procter & Gamble for almost 10 years based in Europe, including Rome, Italy and Geneva, Switzerland.
Heather serves on the board of the World Trade Center of New Orleans, the West Calcasieu Chamber of Commerce and the advisory council of McNeese State University School of Business. She is a member of the Committee of 100, Ellevate Louisiana, Blue Cross Blue Shield LA Health Fellows, and Kiwanis Club of Southwest Contraband. She is also a graduate of both the Chamber SWLA Leadership Class (2016) and CABL Leadership Louisiana Class (2020).
Originally from Oklahoma, Heather has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma State University, an MBA from St. John’s University’s Rome, Italy campus, and an MBA advanced studies certificate in International Organizations from University of Geneva, Switzerland.

Dallas was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, on October 11, 1977. Dallas received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from McNeese State University. Dallas received his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2005.
He currently serves on the Board of The Foundation at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital and on the SWLA Economic Development Alliance's Governmental Affairs Committee. He was the President of the Southwest Louisiana Bar Foundation in 2017 and The Pioneer Club in 2017-2018.
Dallas is married to Amanda Ferrell Kingham, and they have one daughter, Meredith.

Kevin Melton is responsible for all operations and policies for the Airport, which includes an aggressive focus on economic development and airport operations growth at the national and international levels. In this capacity, he is directly responsible to each of his tenants, three of which are major aerospace leaders at the international levels in their markets. With the completion of the airport’s newest venture, an air cargo pass through facility, Kevin works at the international level to attract new routes and business for that specific market.
Kevin joined Chennault in 2018 from American Airlines where he directly supported the VP for Technical Operations on national and international projects. Kevin retired in 2016 from a 24-year career with the U.S. Air Force at the rank of Colonel. His operational background includes oversight of airport operations, air traffic control facilities, and combat airspace nationally and internationally. His additional international commerce experience was as the Department of Defense lead with the U.S. State Department to aid Iraq and Afghanistan's civil airspace rebuilding initiatives that directly related to re-growing international air commerce for those two countries. He also has experience at the national strategic level working international programs for the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff, U.S. Central Command, and Air Force headquarters. Finally, he has experience in the classroom as a graduate level adjunct professor in aviation focused curriculum and under his leadership at Chennault, the Louisiana Department of Transportation awarded the airport the Part 139 General Aviation Airport of the Year for 2021.
He has been married for 30 years to his wife Kim and they have three daughters, two of which are Liberty graduates with the third forthcoming.

Jerry Pierrottie

Jerry was a retired Captain from the Lake Charles Fire department before entering the Petrochemical industry. After 30 yrs in industry, he retired from Olin/Arch/Lonza’s EHS Corporate organization. He served as a site safety Tech, EHS Manger, PSM Risk Manager and Associate Director of EHS.
He is currently the Director of Operations for Safety Council of Southwest LA (SCSWLA). His responsibilities include customer service, business development, IT, Facilities, Safety, and Training.
Jerry served as President of the Imperial Calcasieu Chapter of American Society of Safety Professions (ASSP). He participates in the Southwest Louisiana Construction Users Council (SLCUC) Training committee, and Safety committee. Both he and his wife Peggy are members of St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church where he enjoys teaching religious education for 4th grade.
Married for 47 years to Peggy Marie Rozas Pierrottie, he has 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with family, cooking, camping, riding bikes, fishing and LSU football.

After graduating from LaGrange High School in Lake Charles, LA, Denise earned her BS in Psychology from Tulane University and her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Her career began with 18 years of commercial banking in Dallas, Charlotte, and Lake Charles. In 2001 she founded Rau Financial Group, an independent financial services firm.
Denise believes strongly in community, having served on numerous community boards/fundraisers over the years. She currently serves on the Lake Charles Memorial Hospital Board of Directors as Chairperson-Elect/Vice Chairman & Secretary, the Chamber Southwest Board, and as the Finance Liaison for the Community Foundation of SWLA. She is also a Sustaining Member and Past-President of the Junior League of Lake Charles. In 2016, Denise was appointed to the Board of Commissioners for the Chennault International Airport Authority.

Calvin is a native of Lake Charles. He is a graduate of Barbe High School and McNeese State University and earned degrees in Electronic Technology and Business Management. His career began with Entergy in 1989 where he held various positions in Engineering, Project Management and currently Customer Service Management. Calvin currently manages relationships with key governmental and business leaders and coordinates business with light industrial customers and large commercial customers including LCMHS. Calvin has been actively engaged on several boards throughout his career. He is married to Kecisa Dickerson Thibodeaux and has two children, Jacob and Beth both married with one grandson, J.E.B.
