Lake Charles Memorial Health System offers many lab locations so that patients can address all their medical needs in the quickest and most convenient way possible.

Our lab locations offer a full spectrum of anatomic and clinical pathology, using the most advanced medical technology. Fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) Memorial Lab services include pathology services from a simple blood draw to transfusion medicine and hematology.

Services include, but are not limited to, anatomic pathology, body fluid analysis, cytology, mycobacteriology, transfusion medicine, bacteriology, chemistry, hematology, mycology, blood gases, coagulation, immunology, special chemistry, and urinalysis.

The diagnostic center and lab is in Moss Bluff, on the western side of Sam Houston Parkway. The office is located slightly off the main highway, between Weight Wise and Wendy's, and across the street from Domino’s Pizza. The diagnostic center is in Suite 102, in the northernmost part of the building. Parking is located directly in front of the building.

Memorial Family Medicine - Moss Bluff is also conveniently located next door to the Moss Bluff Diagnostic Center.
