About This Location

Memorial Specialty Clinic brings together three specialty service lines – all under one roof – for easier access and more convenient services to our patients in Sulphur. Located at 619 South Huntington Street, this location offers Memorial’s Oncology & Hematology, Heart & Vascular, and Advanced Urology services. Whether you are a new patient to Memorial, or an existing patient, offering specialty services at one location is one more way Memorial is making healthcare easily accessible to everyone. 

Memorial Oncology & Hematology offers patients individualized diagnostic and treatment plans under a state-accredited cancer care center, with a warm and caring staff specially trained to support you on your unique cancer journey.  

The Heart & Vascular Center offers a comprehensive range of cardiovascular services through a team of highly trained specialists. Memorial is designated as a Top 10% Hospital in the Nation for Patient Safety in Cardiac Care. 

Advanced Urology provides state-of-the-art urologic care – including robotic and laparoscopic surgery, as well as non-surgical therapies – for both male and female patients in southwest Louisiana.  

The Memorial Specialty Clinic is located at 619 S. Huntington Street, directly across from Frasch Elementary School. South Huntington Street is easily accessed by traveling on East Napoleon Street or by using Exit 20 Cameron/Sulphur South on I-10. Parking is located in the front of the clinic.
