About This Location
Memorial Wound Care Clinic specializes in the treatment of chronic wounds. The physician team is made up of local physicians and nurses trained in wound care healing. Chronic wounds refer to any wound that lingers for weeks or months without healing.
Treatment areas include but are not limited to, diabetic skin sores, vessel disease wounds, coccyx ulcers, pressure sores, surgery wound breakdown, and poor circulation wounds.
Memorial Wound Care works with all home health agencies in the area, as well as family members who are willing to provide home care between office visits. Medicare and Medicaid, as well as private insurance, are accepted. Physician referrals are welcomed, but not necessary.
The Memorial Wound Care Clinic is located at 1801 Oak Park Blvd, across the street from Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. The clinic shares a building with Lake Charles Dialysis Center and is located next to Health Systems 2000. Parking is available at the back of the building on 3rd Ave. Curbside parking is also available on Oak Park Blvd during certain hours.
