Safety Starts with You!
If a person:
- collapsed and is unresponsive to your voice
- is gasping for air or unable to breathe
- is shaking or having seizure-like movements
their heart stopped!
If this happens, follow these steps quickly:
- Call 911 to get help on the way. The 911 dispatcher will assist.
- Start CPR immediately by pressing hard and fast on the center of the chest.
- Use an AED and follow prompts to restart the heart.
