Located in Medical Office Building II (MOB) of Lake Charles Memorial Hospital, Memorial Surgery & Trauma offers the total spectrum of surgical services, including both minimally invasive outpatient and more acute inpatient procedures and surgeries in southwest Louisiana.
Our highly trained surgeons and staff provide our patients with the most sophisticated surgical treatments, with safety as their top priority. LCMHS offers most surgical procedures, including but not limited to robotic-assisted surgery, minimally invasive surgery, same-day surgery and inpatient surgery.
Dr. Ellington and Dr. Doumite are located in Suite 120 at 2770 3rd Avenue. The office is within Lake Charles Memorial Hospital and can be accessed through MOB II. The office is located on the first floor of MOB II in Suite 120. Patients can enter through the main doors of MOB and travel to the office door on the right, between the elevators and MOB II waiting room. The office can be reached by calling 337.494.4868.
Dr. Shimer and Dr. Linville are located in Suite 300 at 2770 3rd Avenue. The office can be located by accessing the elevators in MOB II and traveling to the third floor. Upon exiting the elevators, turn left to locate the office. The office can be reached by calling 337.494.6820
Parking for MOB II is located on the northside of the hospital, and can be accessed from 3rd Avenue, 18th Street, or 2nd Avenue.
Also located in MOB II is the Medical Plaza Pharmacy and the Lake Charles Memorial Lab, offering patients the opportunity to see a physician, fill prescriptions and have lab tests conducted – all in one convenient location.
